Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Manage patient monitoring and assessment using advanced equipment such as CRRT, vents, and circulatory devices.
• Administer pressor medications and perform art line management.
• Assist with procedures including bronchoscopy, CVC, and art line insertion.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license with ICU or critical care experience.
• Critical care training and experience managing pressor medications.
• Proficiency in art line management.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with critical drips and circulatory device management.
• Knowledge of advanced ICU procedures and equipment.
• Strong adaptability and team collaboration skills.
