Schedule / Job Type

• Night shifts, full-time, 13-week contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center Emergency Department.
• Manage patient flow during night shifts, including assessment, treatment, and stabilization.
• Perform procedures such as central line insertions, transvenous pacemaker management, and chest tube placements.
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR system.
• Float between hospital locations (Farmington and Bonne Terre) within scope as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent ER nursing experience.
• Current nursing licensure (pending licenses accepted).
• Certifications: ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, PALS.
• Experience with advanced procedures such as central lines, transvenous pacemakers, and chest tubes.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including every other weekend.
• Strong clinical skills in emergency procedures and patient management.
