Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement radiation treatment plans based on physician prescriptions.
- Collaborate with oncology team to optimize patient care and treatment accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Document treatment procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Perform quality assurance checks on treatment devices and systems.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification and current State licensing.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with radiation treatment planning and dosimetry.
- Knowledge of medical imaging and radiation safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with Prisma Health or similar healthcare systems.
- Familiarity with floating policies and adapting to different units or campuses.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
