• Night shifts, full-time, inpatient hospital setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in an inpatient rehab hospital.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to medical needs promptly.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for all patients.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN/LPN license with proof submitted at time of application.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of recent inpatient hospital or rehab experience.
• Willingness to work Fridays and occasional weekends as needed.
• Ability to float between units if required.
• Must provide proof of license prior to start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification (preferred, especially for charge nurse roles).
• Experience working in hospital inpatient rehab settings.
• Motivated, patient-focused attitude with strong teamwork skills.
