Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and safety protocols.
• Operate CT imaging equipment and ensure optimal image quality for diagnosis.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines, including proper badge management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and float within scope to sister facilities as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately in the hospital’s electronic health record system.

Required Qualifications

• Certificate of completion in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Radiation badge provided by staffing agency; must be supplied before start date.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting preferred.
• At least 1 year of CT experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Siemens imaging experience.
• Familiarity with trauma imaging procedures.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to floating assignments across multiple facilities.
