Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room and maintaining sterile environment
• Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgeries
• Ensure adherence to safety and sterilization protocols
• Collaborate with surgical team to provide efficient patient care during operations
• Support post-operative procedures and patient recovery as needed

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
• At least two years of OR experience preferred
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle call responsibilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a critical access hospital setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
