Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy execution
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
- Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Washington
- Proven experience in providing physical therapy services in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- CPR certification
- Strong understanding of electronic health records (EHR) systems
