Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments and care goals.
• Document patient progress and communicate with team members to optimize care.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare guidelines and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist license for the state of Kansas.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must pass a COVID-19 test within 72 hours of start date, with results issued 48 hours prior.
• Prescreen completed and attached, along with updated resume and license verification.
• Ability to meet all required credentialing checks.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations is a plus.
