Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients of diverse ages and needs.
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Float between assigned facilities as needed, including coverage in Bedford.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment activities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Basic knowledge of clinical assessment and treatment techniques for speech and language disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Experience providing therapy in a floating or flexible schedule environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
