Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to out-patient and in-patient populations.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and cognitive disorders.
• Deliver therapy sessions across various settings including hospital, nursing home, outpatient clinics, and local schools.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and progress.
• Document treatment plans and patient progress in compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Support rehabilitation services such as voice therapy, fluency, swallowing, and cognitive-communication therapy.

Required Qualifications

• Current license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel to external facilities as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric and adult populations.
• Knowledge of a variety of therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
