Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a Level I trauma center.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in high-acuity environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure prompt and effective patient treatment.
- Document patient interactions and care plans accurately.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience; first-time travelers require at least 3+ years of recent ER experience.
- Valid driver’s license must be included with submission.
- All candidates must be compliant with NLC guidelines; pending licenses will not be accepted.
- Must include all RTO requests at time of submission; late requests will not be forwarded for approval.
- Prior Level I Trauma experience required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in large hospitals or high-volume trauma centers.
- Strong critical thinking and fast decision-making skills.
