Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Full-time, travel, night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown units.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, administer medications, and respond to emergency situations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient observations, procedures, and treatment progress accurately.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 1 year of recent relevant experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a travel role.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
