Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop radiation treatment plans for oncology patients in collaboration with radiation oncologists.
- Use specialized planning software to calculate and optimize radiation doses.
- Ensure treatment plans meet quality standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the radiation therapy team to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dosimetrist or in a similar radiation therapy role.
- Active certification and registration with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Familiarity with radiation oncology treatment planning software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a busy cancer center or oncology setting.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards related to radiation therapy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Notes
- Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve).
