Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type
• Days, full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Circulate for one operating room during scheduled shifts.
• Provide patient care independently during 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including weekends, evenings, and call shifts (approximately once to twice per month).
• Float to various units/departments as needed, with flexibility to work across all specialties.
• Adhere to surgical dress code, including wearing provided scrubs and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Complete orientation within one week, including hospital onboarding, charting practices, and unit-specific procedures.

Required Qualifications
• Valid registered nurse license.
• Experience working in an operating room environment.
• Ability to circulate in OR and handle independent patient care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and call shifts.
• Must badge in and out at the facility daily.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience with Sanford Health or similar healthcare institutions. (Note: clinicians must have ended previous employment there at least 6 months prior to submission if applicable.)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced surgical setting with multiple specialties.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
