Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assess patients' progress and adjust therapy programs as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop integrated patient care strategies.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery exercises and care instructions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State Physical Therapist license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or rehabilitative settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
