Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting • Assess and prioritize patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
Required Qualifications • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia • 2-3 years of experience in an emergency room setting • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes and priorities
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with high-acuity patients and fast-paced ER environments • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and Meditech systems
