Key Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures following established protocols.
- Assist physicians during various specialized imaging procedures.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment with accuracy and safety.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines consistent with licensing requirements.
- Document procedures accurately in patient records.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years current and relevant IR Tech experience.
- ARRT certification in Radiology.
- Maryland state licensure for radiologic technology.
- Proof of ARRT certification and registration for Maryland licensing.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with interventional radiology procedures and special procedures.
- Knowledge of current imaging technology and safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
