Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient progress during each shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their loved ones to support optimal health outcomes.
• Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of therapies, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts nursing license at the time of submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 6 months separated from the employing hospital system (perm, per diem, or contract).
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in IMC, PCU, or step-down units.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient advocacy skills.

Additional Notes
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, including weekends and holidays rotation.
• BILH cover sheet required at time of submission.
• Contract guarantees 72 hours biweekly, excluding on-call time.
