We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Cedar Grove, NJ. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with our team of therapists to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve patient goals • Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care • Educate patients and families on exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting • Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of New Jersey • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Basic life support (BLS) certification
