Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs on a continuous basis.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Observe patient progress, evaluate therapies for outcomes, and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care strategies.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their loved ones to promote optimal recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid MA Registered Nurse license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submission.
- Minimum 6 months of recent experience working in a similar IMC, PCU, or Stepdown setting (must be separated from previous employer for at least 6 months).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with cardiac or high-acuity patient care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Additional Information
- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with weekend and holiday rotation.
- Guaranteed 72 hours per biweekly pay period; excludes on-call hours.
- BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
- Contract, per diem, or permanent candidates considered; candidates must have been separated from BILH for at least 6 months.
