Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a Level II Trauma hospital.
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document patient progress using electronic health records in Cerner.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float within scope of practice to different units as needed.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, including dress code and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Valid State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to work days within a 5x8 or 4x10 schedule.
• Willingness to float as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
