Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit during overnight shifts
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed, including weekdays and some weekends
• Perform IV starts, monitor patient vitals, and administer medications
• Conduct lab assessments and educate patients on their care plans
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Current BCLS and IV certification
• Experience with electronic health records (EPIC preferred)
• Proficiency in IV insertion, patient monitoring, labs, and medication administration

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Strong patient education skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment
• Prior experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units
