Job Title

• Rotating shifts, Full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting
• Assist with surgical procedures and ensure patient safety
• Monitor and respond to patient needs during surgery
• Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain a sterile environment
• Follow all safety protocols and documentation requirements
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and weeknights
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska or appropriate compact license
• Experience working in Orthopedic and Neurosurgery ORs (Level 1 or 2 experience preferred)
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and shift rotations
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a hospital operating room setting
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-performance environment
