- Rotating shifts, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient dialysis treatments to chronic renal patients following prescribed protocols
- Float between facilities as needed, including St. Albans and Berlin
- Work 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour shifts based on operational needs
- Assist with patient care in ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease) outpatient settings
- Participate in holiday coverage, working 2 out of 4 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day)
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies
Required Qualifications
- AHA BLS certification
- Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT)
- Minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience
- At least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience
- EPIC EMR system experience within the past 2 years
- Valid dialysis license on file at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel dialysis experience
- Flexibility to work variable schedules and float between multiple facilities
- Reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle strongly recommended
- Ability to commute within a 50-100 mile radius, measured straight-line distance
