Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

**Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse** **Location:** Terre Haute, IN **Schedule:** Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team for a 13-week travel assignment. **Responsibilities:** * Provide high-quality patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods * Conduct cervical exams, monitor fetal heart rates, and perform other essential medical procedures * Circulate and recover patients after cesarean sections * Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMRs) * Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency **Requirements:** * Current Indiana licensure * 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting * Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications * Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification * Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with couplet care * Spinning babies training * Experience with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections **What We Offer:** * Competitive travel nurse rates * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting travel opportunity.
