- Full-time, 12-hour Night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric intensive care patients.
- Float to pediatric units as needed, maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois.
- 2+ years of recent PICU experience.
- Current BLS and PALS certifications.
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible with rotation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience floating to pediatric wards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
