• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12s), on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telehealth patients in a community hospital setting.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and execute treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress, respond to changes, and document care activities accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Float within scope to meet departmental needs, including coverage across similar units and facilities when required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Compact Registered Nurse license in hand prior to start date.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (NIH preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Telemetry competency and previous charge nurse experience preferred.
• Able to work night shifts and every other weekend.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a trauma level III community hospital.
• Prior telehealth and charge nurse experience.
• Comfort working with Epic electronic health record system.
