Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care within the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, supporting both adult and pediatric patients.
- Assist with a variety of procedures including LHC/RHC, congenital, vascular, and electrophysiology (EP) interventions.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality cardiac care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- CPR and ACLS certification.
- Prior experience in a cardiac cath lab setting.
- Knowledge of GE EMR, Mac Lab, and Meditech systems.
- Ability to efficiently assist with complex cardiac and vascular procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- EP (Electrophysiology) experience.
- Pediatric cardiac care experience.
- Certification as RCIS or RCES.
