Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for medical-surgical telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor cardiac telemetry equipment and respond to arrhythmias or patient concerns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment in EMR systems.
- Assist with procedures such as Heart Caths as needed.
- Follow unit policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry units.
- Proficiency with Meditech electronic medical record system.
- Strong time management and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work night shifts effectively.
- Positive attitude, friendly, helpful personality.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Telemetry certification or additional specialized training.
- Prior experience with Heart Cath procedures.
- Good interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
