Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient pediatric therapy services to infant and young populations in an acute care hospital setting.
• Deliver specialized therapeutic interventions tailored to pediatric patients, ensuring quality care and positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately using the Epic charting system.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including licensing and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid CA Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric therapy experience, including infant populations (experience with pediatric and infant patients is an absolute requirement).
• Willingness to work a 5x8 schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
• First-time therapists are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in an acute care hospital environment.
• Ability to accommodate a standard weekday schedule.
• Familiarity with Epic documentation system.
