Registered Nurse - IR/Special Procedures
Location: Salisbury, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-Time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care in interventional radiology and invasive cardiology procedures.
• Assist with and monitor procedures including STEMI calls, IR, and cardiology interventions.
• Participate in weekly rotation ensuring coverage for all listed services.
• Respond to urgent and emergent procedure calls, including STEMI and IR emergencies.
• Operate and manage specialized lab equipment such as MAC Lab, IVUS, Toshiba Angio Lab, and other advanced systems.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and patient care standards during all procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably with Cath Lab and IR procedures.
• Valid certifications including ACLS, BCLS, and NIHP.
• Experience with scrub, circulate, telemetry, and STEMI call-ins.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Skills in IV start, triage, PA lines, and conscious sedation.
• Familiarity with venous closure units, ultrasound, and advanced interventional equipment.
• Willingness to handle emergent procedures and participate in on-call rotations.
