Key Responsibilities
- Provide scrub and circulate support for all CVOR cases, including complex and emergent procedures.
- Assist with surgeries such as CABG, TAVR, TEVAR, Impella, VAD, AVR, MVR, ECMO, aortic dissection, hemiarch, and more.
- Confidently handle a variety of CVOR surgeries, ensuring patient safety and procedural success.
- Occasionally float to general OR as needed.
- Maintain flexibility for schedule variations, including on-call shifts and occasional weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Certified surgical technologist with valid certification and recent experience in CVOR.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive CVOR experience.
- Prior travel experience preferred.
- Capable of scrub and circulate for all CVOR cases confidently.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with complex cardiovascular procedures such as TAVR, TEVAR, ECMO, and aortic surgeries.
- Ability to report within 45 minutes for on-call shifts.
- Flexibility with scheduling and on-call requirements.
