Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to ICU patients, including those with sepsis, respiratory failure, DKA, and other critical conditions.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, ABGs, and cardiac rhythms, managing dysrhythmias as needed.
• Administer medications, including IV insulin, vasoactive drips, and continuous sedation, following protocols.
• Manage invasive lines such as arterial lines, PICC lines, and central lines; assist with mechanical ventilation and airway management.
• Follow infection prevention standards, utilize PPE, and maintain isolation precautions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana (must be in hand to submit).
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience interpreting and managing dysrhythmias.
• Proficiency in ventilator management, blood product administration, and IV access.
• Knowledge of GI surgery care, wound management, and infection control protocols.
