Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Implement therapy procedures to improve mobility, strength, and overall patient well-being.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in physical therapy or related healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with outpatient therapy or rehabilitation facilities.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
