- Days, Full-time, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday – Thursday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services across various specialties including neuro, ortho, balance, spine, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, sports medicine, and vestibular.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid PT license to practice in North Carolina.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system.
- Knowledge of neuro, ortho, balance, and spine rehabilitation techniques.
- Ability to complete Pass/Fail EKG exam required for all candidates.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Vestibular rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Experience working in cardiopulmonary and geriatric populations.
- Flexibility with scheduling and understanding of strict attendance policies.
