• Full-time, 13-week contract, days shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight as House Supervisor in a hospital setting
• Manage staff scheduling and staffing levels to ensure optimal patient care
• Coordinate patient care and liaise with medical staff, patients, and families
• Address and resolve clinical and operational issues promptly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare standards
• Support a fast-paced environment by prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Current Washington State nursing license or multi-state license with verification
• Approved 6-hour suicide training
• Verification of demographics from Nursys
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum of 4 years recent clinical experience
• Ability to demonstrate nursing leadership for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of Meditech EHR system is a plus but not required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong intervention and communication skills in dealing with staff, patients, and families
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team
• Experience managing staff in a hospital environment
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
