Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) scans to assist in diagnostic imaging
- Operate GE and Discovery 450 EMR equipment accurately and safely
- Follow protocols for body scans, MRI, X-rays, and other procedures
- Work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
- Ensure documentation and proper use of medical records
Required Qualifications
- BLS certification
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (RT) or ARRT registry applicable to CT techs
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification (preferred but not required)
- Additional certifications such as ASRT or FASRT
- Experience with GE and Discovery 450 EMR systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and nights
