Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, 13-week assignment, day shift (7 a.m. - 3 p.m.), every other weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide compassionate resident care
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and safety regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina LPN license or compact license
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent Geriatric LPN/LVN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
