Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring occupational therapy.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve patients' daily living and motor skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and facility standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapist license or certification.
- Proven experience in occupational therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of current therapeutic techniques and best practices.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
