Registered Nurse - Dialysis
Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 3x12 schedule (6:30 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday–Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dialysis care to patients in a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center and teaching hospital setting.
• Manage patient treatments with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2, ensuring quality care throughout each shift.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and meet clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Epic charting system.
• Participate in on-call shifts, including 2 weekday PM call shifts every 4 weeks and 1 additional PM call shift every 4 weeks.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina license or Compact license prior to start.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute dialysis experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with Fresenius 2008T dialysis machines and mobile Reverse Osmosis systems.
• ACLS certification is a plus but not required.
