Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, weekdays vary, including one Saturday per week
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for various diagnoses
- Implement interventions to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional abilities
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Contribute to reducing patient wait times by augmenting rehabilitation staff presence
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
- Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or valid compact license for Colorado
- At least two years of physical therapy experience (3-5 years preferred)
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Flu vaccination (must be from this flu season, October 1st through April 1st), no declinations accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation environments
- Ability to work efficiently in a coordinated team setting
