Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for dialysis patients following established protocols.
- Assist in the setup and operation of dialysis equipment.
- Monitor and assess patient responses during treatment sessions.
- Follow supervision and guidance from a Registered Staff Nurse.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
- Educate patients on dialysis procedures and at-home care as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current CHT or CCHT certification.
- Current Washington State MA-HT certification or the ability to obtain it.
- Current CPR and BLS certification with American Heart Association.
- Previous dialysis experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in multiple clinic sites.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow protocols precisely.
