Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week contract, Night shifts (6pm - 6:30am)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care for residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing and meal preparation
- Document care and observations using electronic health record systems such as PointClickCare
- Float between two floors as needed, following standardized nursing procedures for LTC settings
- Support charge nurse responsibilities; charge rate included in compensation for assigned units
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- BLS certification
- Proficiency with PointClickCare or similar electronic medical record systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a multi-floor LTC/SNF environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient needs
- Strong assessment and communication skills
