Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift (Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services in an outpatient setting, working closely with providers, clinic staff, and management to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead and coordinate clinic operations, including overseeing front desk and patient care activities.
• Maintain medication inventories and supplies, ensuring proper quality control with Point of Care testing.
• Document all patient care and services accurately and promptly, adhering to clinical standards.
• Assist providers and staff as needed to support efficient and effective patient care delivery.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment, report safety hazards, and maintain compliance with infection control policies.

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Alaska or another U.S. state.
• Active Alaska RN license at the time of application submission.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pass a flu vaccine or provide proof of vaccination.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience within the last 2 years.
• Knowledge of nursing processes, safety, infection control, and patient assessment.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Proficient in using computers and medical equipment.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
