Key Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including Pacing, ICDs, TAVR, and EP/ABL interventions.
- Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment such as Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, IABP, Impella, and Rotoblator.
- Support patient care during procedures, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in a busy cardiovascular unit.
- Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems such as MacLab and Meditech.
- Follow all unit policies and guidelines to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Cardiac Cath, CRM, and PV experience.
- Surgical or interventional Cath lab experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail.
- Current certification or licensure relevant to Cath Lab technology.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EP/ABL procedures.
- Familiarity with advanced cardiac devices like Pacers and ICDs.
- Previous travel or float staffing experience preferred.
- Comfortable working with new technology and equipment.
