Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to clients to enhance their physical, emotional, and cognitive functioning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license or certification in the state of North Carolina.
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
