Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Location: Orangeburg, SC

• Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.), 3x12s

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in an acute care hospital setting
  • Float within scope to meet department and facility needs, including to sister units if necessary
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Adhere to facility protocols, including charting in Epic system
  • Maintain safety and compliance with regulatory standards during night hours
  • Support patient advocacy and education throughout emergency care process

• Required Qualifications:

  • Valid SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association)
  • Epic electronic charting experience
  • Ability to work night shifts and float within scope

• Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • CPI and TNCC certifications are a plus
  • Experience with emergency department protocols and acuity management
