Key Responsibilities
- Circulate in all surgical areas, including cranial, laparoscopic, endovascular, neuro, endo, and robotics cases (excluding cardiovascular surgery)
- Manage various surgical cases from start to finish, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency
- Participate in weekday shifts with overnight call responsibilities from Monday to Friday
- Cover holiday call shifts as applicable
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols during surgical procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of circulating experience in an operating room setting
- Current AHA BLS certification and NIH certification
- Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience within the past 12 months
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight calls and holiday shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with neuro, endo, and robotic surgeries
- Recent experience working in fast-paced surgical environments with diverse case types
- Ability to adapt quickly to new protocols and procedures
