Registered Nurse - ICU

Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, nights
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage life support equipment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Float to Med/Surg, Emergency Department, or other departments based on census needs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards during 12-hour night shifts.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years critical care experience as a registered nurse.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NCI or CPI certifications.
- Strong critical thinking and compassionate patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- PALS and TNCC certifications are a plus.
- Experience working as a float nurse across multiple departments.
