Respiratory Therapist

Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Day shift / 8 or 12-week contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy care to pediatric patients in NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings
• Collaborate with healthcare teams within Neonatal, Pediatric, and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Units
• Float to select rehab and NICU units as needed, including facilities specializing in high-level care (Level 4)
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain professional licenses and certifications throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications:

• Ohio RRT license in hand
• NBRC certification
• BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS certifications are required
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in NICU, PICU, or high-level pediatric care (Level 4)
• Ability to work within pediatric ICU environments and adapt to float assignments

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in pediatric and neonate critical care settings
• Familiarity with multiple hospital units and cross-unit coverage
• Comfort working with complex pediatric patients

• Travelers are required to complete two fingerprintings: one onsite prior to start for facility compliance, and the second through the staffing agency
